Looking for a private party venue in Fernandina Beach? Garden Street Bistro at 105 S 3rd St in downtown Fernandina Beach has a dining room and a courtyard. We host groups from intimate showers to rehearsal dinners and office celebrations, with brunch, pizza, dinner and a new full bar to choose from. We comfortably host up to 85 guests (up to 120 at most), our entrance is step-free, and our restrooms and courtyard are wheelchair accessible.
Full buyouts
Book the whole restaurant any day of the week from 3pm — Monday through Sunday. (We don’t offer buyouts on Saturdays or Sundays before 3pm.) There’s no minimum number of guests. Evening full buyouts (from 3pm) have a $3,500 minimum spend, which includes food and drink for up to 50 guests. Beyond 50 guests it’s $75 per person, added in blocks of 5 guests (for example, 51–55 guests adds $375). For weekday daytime buyouts, please contact us.

What kinds of events do you host?
Birthday parties, baby and bridal showers, engagement parties, rehearsal dinners, wedding ceremonies, graduations, retirement parties, holiday parties, family reunions, memorial receptions and office or corporate functions.
How many guests can you accommodate?
We comfortably host groups of up to 85, and can host up to 120 guests. There is no minimum group size — tell us your headcount in the form and we will suggest the best space and time.
Can we book the whole restaurant (a full buyout)?
Yes. Full buyouts are available any day of the week from 3pm, Monday through Sunday. We do not offer buyouts on Saturdays or Sundays before 3pm. For weekday daytime options, please contact us. There is no minimum number of guests for a buyout.

Can we reserve the courtyard?
Yes — choose “Outside (courtyard)” as your space preference and we will confirm availability for your date. The courtyard is wheelchair accessible.
Is the restaurant wheelchair accessible?
Yes. Our entrance is step-free, and our restrooms and courtyard are wheelchair accessible. Let us know about any other needs in your request.
What can we serve at our party?
Anything from our brunch and lunch menu, Pizza Street Kitchen pizza, our dinner menu on Mondays and Fridays, and drinks from our new full bar — including our tableside mimosa bar. Let us know your budget per person and we will put together options.
When are private parties available?
Brunch and lunch parties any day we are open (Monday and Wednesday–Sunday, 8am–3pm), evening parties on Mondays and Fridays until 9pm, and full buyouts any day of the week from 3pm. Ask us about other times.
Is gratuity added for groups?
A 20% gratuity may be charged for parties over 6. Any gratuity fees are paid to the service staff.
