Privacy Policy
We collect the information you give us — such as your name, email, phone number and reservation or event details — only to provide the service you asked for (confirming reservations, answering inquiries, reviewing job applications) and, if you opt in, to send our newsletter or text messages about specials and events.
We do not sell your personal information. We use service providers to run this website (Cloudflare for hosting, bot protection and email delivery; Google for maps and our reservation calendar; our online ordering provider for orders). Job applications and resumes are only seen by our hiring staff.
Website analytics
- Our own visit counts (no cookies). To see which parts of the site help guests — for example how many people tap “Reserve”, “Call”, “Directions” or “Order Online”, open a menu, or send a form — our site records these actions anonymously. We store only the type of action, the page, the campaign tags in the link you followed (such as utm_source) and the name of the website that referred you (such as google.com). We do not use cookies for this, and we do not store your IP address, browser details or any identifier. If your browser sends a “Do Not Track” or “Global Privacy Control” signal, nothing is recorded.
- Cloudflare Web Analytics. Our host, Cloudflare, counts page views in a privacy-first way that uses no cookies and does not track you across websites.
- We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking or tracking pixels, and no cookies are used for analytics.
